Human beings are supposedly the strongest and supreme creatures, mentally, in this universe. The mind and intellect have immense power, provided we use them to our advantage. Very often, we waste our mental stamina in things which are transient in nature; we don’t even try to focus our mental and intellectual capabilities on the in-transient things that don’t change themselves and also give us the power to change our life and the world too.
Through the practise of yoga and meditation, we can master our mind, thoughts and destiny which, in turn, will give us tremendous will power, confidence, fearlessness, peace of mind and divine-like qualities.
Duration of the course: 5 days per week
Class Schedule: Monday to Friday, 30 minutes each day
Class Timing: 6:00 am to 6:30am
