Our mind, which is responsible for thinking and analysis, is our main source of energy. However, due to ignorance, almost all our energy gets wasted in unwanted and unnecessary thinking which is often not even linked with our life. Meditation is a unique and perhaps the only technique which was developed by the great seers to gain mastery over the mind. The energy that the mind produces as a result of meditation thereby helps us in gaining control over our life and destiny.

Through the practise of yoga and meditation, we can master our mind, thoughts and destiny which, in turn, will give us tremendous will power, confidence, fearlessness, peace of mind and divine-like qualities.

Regular meditation practice is necessary for better mental health. Meditation boosts energy levels in the body and calms the mind. The learning of yoga connects body, breath and mind. Meditation helps in improving balance of the mind. Therefore, it is very beneficial to meditation on a daily basis to reduce the risk of various mental health problems.



Meditation is done to help us focus our thoughts and increase our awareness of ourselves. Self-awareness comes through meditation, which is the conscious knowledge of our actions, thoughts and feelings.
